Aerial Yin Yoga combines traditional Yin Yoga principles with the support of an aerial hammock positioned close to the ground. This gentle, restorative practice focuses on long-held poses that encourage deep stretching, relaxation, and increased body awareness. By spending more time in each posture, you'll create space in the body, release tension, and improve flexibility. The class also incorporates gentle inversions to help decompress the spine, calm the nervous system, and leave you feeling refreshed and restored. Suitable for all levels.
