A Bit About Us

TheShapeLab is a private gym located in the center of Phnom Penh opened in March 2020 by the certified coach Nina Noseda (graduated from the National Academy of Sports Medecine). After living her whole life in Brussels, Belgium, where her passion for sport & nutrition started, Nina moved to Phnom Penh in September 2018, where she first started to work as a mobile personal trainer but quickly noticed that most of her clients were lacking equipment but also didn't want to sign up to a public gym. They wanted to train with some more privacy and be accompagnied in their journey by a professional. From that conclusion, Nina decided to open a small private gym with functional training equipments.
