Although Chaturanga Dandasana is not crucial in these sequences, making a conscious effort to work towards improving the pose can be very rewarding. Understanding the foundations of the pose and ensuring you are adding it to your flow without risking injury is also important. This workshop will encourage you to look at Chaturanga Dandasana from multiple perspectives. Exploring preparatory poses, experimenting with props, and adding it to a vinyasa to help you find ways to make the pose more comfortable for your body.
